Adjusting your plan, illness & holidays
No, once chosen, a return-to-training phase can't be undone. The return-to-training sessions last one to two weeks, after which your original plan automatically continues.
No, unfortunately not. If you've opted for the return-to-training phase after an illness or injury, Trait replaces the next one to two weeks (depending on where you are in the week) with return-to-training sessions. This decision can't be undone.
The good news: the return-to-training phase is short. After that, your original plan automatically continues. If you feel fitter during the return-to-training weeks than the sessions assume, simply rate your effort honestly in the checkout – that gives Trait a realistic picture of your form.
If you're unsure before your next break whether you want a return-to-training phase: choose it if you've been out for a while and want to come back gently. If you were only sick briefly and feel fully fit again, you can also continue directly with your plan without return-to-training. You'll find the whole process in Sick or injured: pausing the plan and getting back into it.
