Delete Personal Data
If you want to delete your personal data from Trait, you can easily delete your Trait account. This will automatically and irreversibly remove all your data.
To do this, please log into the Trait app and go to Settings. At the bottom of the page, you will find “Delete Account.”
Copies in database backups are automatically deleted after a maximum of 7 days. Any entries in technical log files will be automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
